Wenona is seeking a dedicated and passionate Team Assistant to join our Staff Team. You will provide a broad range of administrative support to meet the needs of the School, as well as our staff. This role contributes to the overall support of the School, whilst contributing to a positive internal culture where service, integrity, kindness and humour are valued.

The Position

Provide high-level administrative and executive assistance to the Deputy Principal (Staff) and their team.
Draft briefing notes, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
Organise and support staff professional learning events, meetings, and key school functions.
Manage meeting schedules, calendars, and event planning for the Deputy Principal (Staff) and team.
Work closely with professional services staff to support major school events and ensure seamless coordination.
This is a permanent full-time position, with the commencement as agreed with the School.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support, preferably in an educational setting. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to multitask in a timely manner. You will be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and be committed to supporting the values of Wenona as you undertake your role.
