Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Consultant / Leader - Travel Operations. The Team Consultant / Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day travel operations, providing guidance and support to the team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of travel programs. They will also be responsible for strategic planning, analyzing travel data, and consulting with clients to provide tailored travel solutions.
Qualifications
• Analytical Skills, Team Leadership, and Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strategic Planning abilities
• 03-07 years of experience in the travel industry (Preferably - Inbound or MICE)
• Knowledge of destinations, itinerary planning, designing of cost proposal
• Experience of working on a travel software is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
