Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Team Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the CEO Office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across departments, manage executive operations, and assist in PR, CSR, and event-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO, internal teams, and clients.
Coordinate with PR, Creative, Strategy, and Digital departments for project execution.
Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel logistics.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development pitches.
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate summits, award events, and CSR initiatives.
Maintain organized records and internal communication dashboards.
Qualifications
Bachelors / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in a PR / Communications / Marketing agency).
Key Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Working knowledge of Canva and familiarity with AI tools for content and workflow optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and a professional approach to confidential tasks.
