Job Description
Minimum 5 years experience in processing/review/validate medical information such as attending physician statements, lab and radiology reports, paramedics exams, and other related underwriting information.
· Performs quality checks on all work to assure the accuracy and confidentiality of the documents.
· Allocating cases to team members as per their skills and abilities.
· Mentoring the team and keeping track of the production of team members.
· Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelines.
· Responsible for the timely completion of individual cases and meeting the client deadlines.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with Healthcare Professionals and manage team efficiently by supervise, guide, motivate and evaluate the team members.
Qualification: MBBS, AYUSH Doctors, MPT, Paramedics.
