Tech /M.tech/BCA/MCA) for the position of “Team Lead-Software Developer” to work with us. Successful candidate will be responsible for working on international projects from USA and Australia. Multiple openings across hierarchy.

• Writing code and unit testing.
• Developing and maintaining cutting edge software applications/ programs.
• Interpret written business requirement & technical specification documents
• Investigate, analyse & report defects if any. Fix them also.
• Client interaction and reporting to management.
• Working on International projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: B. Tech / B.E - Computers / BCA - Computers / MCA - Computers/ M. Tech - Computers
Desired Skill Set:
• Expert level software development skills on ASP.net, SQL Server, C#, VB.net, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery.
• 3 Tier, N Tier and MVC experience.
• Angular.JS / React.js
• Excellent communication & decision-making skill.
• Strong Team player abilities.
• Should have problem solving, task prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently and part of team.
• Ability to work to meet deadlines & as an efficient team member.
• MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) Certification on .net technologies will be an added advantage.
• Good Experience in Managing Team.
