Job Description
The candidate for this position will be part of the Operations group within Global Portfolio
services that will be responsible for assisting with the day to day support of the Bank Loan
platform that conducts business across various special purpose vehicles.
Under the Supervision of the Assistant Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for
managing the day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving so that the team meets
its required level of production. The Team Leader is responsible for the team’s performance
and assures that the team functions in accordance to the Bank Loan Guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Responsible for helping the team members to prioritize the work and ensure
seamless service delivery on a daily basis.
Responsible for Goal setting of team members and monitoring them.
Organize & facilitate regular team meetings.
Check and review the status of Bank Loan reconciliations and other processes on a
timely manner to ensure the team meets all the deadlines.
Review the Bank Loans Collateral Loan Obligations Compliance report schedule and
ensure to assign and prioritize the tasks for the respective funds.
Responsible to ensure the team has complete understanding on the updates related
to Indentures/ Credit Agreements of the funds, Moody & S&P’s Credit rating.
Review and closely monitor the daily NAV reports.
Prioritize and monitor the Denominator process required for the daily Loan trading.
Reviewing the updated Subscription & Redemption entries on a daily basis.
Review the FX Forward Compliance report and research incase if it has been over
hedged.
Monitor and review the progress of Clear par Fees reconciliation.
Plan the resources appropriately to ensure all the critical projects are completed on
time.
Resolve all the issues with the Trustees relating to the timely availability of Cash
Flows and other extracts by ensuring an effective mechanism is in place.

Plan and execute the Bank Loan transition activities effectively. Monitor constantly to get the processes stabilized.
Bi-Weekly meeting with the onsite Manager and Supervisor to discuss process issues, challenges and best practices thereby ensuring both teams work in coordination.
Monitor Attendance and manage leaves.
Identify individual shortcomings of team members and coach them to improve.
Maintain quality & standards of the organization in all areas of provision.
Make sound decisions, motivate and engage team members
Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
Recognize & celebrate team’s individual accomplishments & exceptional performance.
Build and execute realistic plans, assume ownership and ensure to deliver at all times.
Work closely with the team to resolve process related queries/issues at the earliest.

Ensure the team abides to all the Compliance procedures of the company and Bank Loan team.
