Urgently looking for TEAM LEAD - BI, Analytics, and Data Engineering for one of our MNC Clients based in Gurgaon.
1) JD -
The Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers, analysts, and BI professionals to design, develop, implement, and maintain data solutions that support the company's business objectives. The candidate must have a passion for analyzing data, finding insights, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive business results.
Team handling experienced is mandatory. Team Size - Min. 8 Members
Skill Sets: MS Excel, Python, R, Java, Sas, SQL, Perl, C++ - Mandatory
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering
• Demonstrated success as a team leader, with at least two years of experience leading a team of data professionals
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing principles
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Microstrategy and Power BI.
CTC: 30 Lacs pa
2) Job Title: BI & Viz :
JD:
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that meet business requirements using Microstrategy/and or Power BI
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data and create reports • Create Data Models in Power BI/or Schema Objects in Microstrategy.
