Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of 15-20 members
Handle AHT, Shrinkage, and Attrition.
Report to Manager Operations.
To handle call flow.
To handle escalation calls.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must be a graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in any sales process.
Previous BPO voice experience is a must (preferably from the BFSI domain)
Minimum 6 months of experience as Team Leader in a contact center/Call Centre/BPO Voice Process.
Perks and Benefits
3lakhs to 4.3 lakhs.
