GENERAL SUMMARY: The Team Lead is responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversite to an assigned team of clinical staff. The Team Lead provides support, direction and assistance to the team; as well as coordination of day to day functioning of the team and case load assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present open communication to ensure team members are supported in their roles and understand their performance expectations.
Coordinate work schedules for team members to ensure there is coverage of program needs.
Accounts for service delivery within contractual timelines.
Monitor staff productivity.
Assist in coordinating collaborations with outside service provides for care resources.
Maintain documentation of client contact hours for the team per week and conduct other reports as needed.
Conduct monthly member chat audits to ensure team members are practicing proper documentation. Ensure member files are maintained in accordance with company and licensing standards.
Organize and participate in individual and weekly team supervision meetings.
Ensure supervision is documents and submitted to Human Resources for entry in personnel files.
Maintain an approved schedule and an acceptable level of attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education - High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience - Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Certification - None.
License - None.
REGULATORY:
Minimum 18 years of age.
Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
CPR, First Aid & AED certification, if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
Valid Driver’s License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meet company insurance requirements, if required.
Negative TB test result, if required (Employer provides).
