Hiring for a Bank Designation: Team Leader- Cash Management Sales Location: Mumbai Team handling: Yes Only females required from Banks Responsibilities: 1. To work jointly along with Relationship managers across SME/Mid market Group for onboarding New to Bank customers for CMS Business 2. To increase the wallet share by penetration/ addition of Location, Business Division, Dealers by clearly defining the overall business potential, existing business, and strategy/ plan to increase the business wallet 3. To ensure Host to Host integration is offered to each customer to create stickiness both for collection as well as Payment. To co-ordinate with various stakeholders - Operations, IT , customer for closure within Minimum Turnaround time. 4. To conduct regular review with Relationship Managers on business scoping, conversion, and additional opportunities 5. To prepare requisite data analysis, presentation for Senior Management reviews. Coordinate with regions for various data points and tracking the subsequent actionable 6. Team Management - To work jointly with the team and ensure that the team members achieve there KRA. Review their portfolio on regular basis and ensure they are equipped to deliver effectively. To keep the team motivated to achieve the desired results
