• Minimum 8 years of end-to-end Recruitment - major experience into BPO/contact Centre hiring for Investment Banks like Citi, HSBC, Amex etc.
• Team Management- Minimum 3-4 years of direct team handling experience; managed a team size of at least 5-6 members
• Global stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• MIS/ Analytics/ Reporting
