Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Plan and oversee content calendars for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation & Editing:
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, SaaS products, and other digital platforms.
• Craft compelling copywriting for ads, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to produce cohesive and impactful content.
• Collaborate with product managers to create user-focused documentation and guides for SaaS products.
• Quality Assurance & Tools Usage:
• Ensure content quality, originality, and alignment with organizational standards using tools like ZeroGPT and plagiarism checkers.
• Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements
• Proven experience (4+ years) in content writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing website content, SaaS product documentation, and copywriting.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using tools like ZeroGPT, Grammarly, and SEO optimization platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with B2B content strategies, especially in the SaaS industry.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with content marketing tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
