Job Title: VP
Location: Mumbai
Role Description
Deutsche Bank’s CPM Desk’s mandate is to comply with Basel III standards relating to the credit valuation adjustment (CVA) risk framework. CPM desk centrally helps FIC businesses minimize their derivative counterparty risk, protect against losses by using appropriate hedging strategies and manage the volatility of IFRS (Accounting) CVA & FVA reserves. Business Finance Team is responsible for the reporting of daily management, monthly IFRS and regulatory financials of the CPM business.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Leading the CPM Business Finance team in Mumbai.
• Partner and collaborate with Front Office across Businesses and Global Business Finance teams to support CPM desk deliver its mandate.
• Review and control reporting of daily management, monthly IFRS and regulatory financials of the CPM business.
• Audit and Regulatory support and engagement.
• Driving both strategic and tactical improvements and delivering change in partnership with Technology and infrastructure groups.
Your Skills And Experience
• Experience of working with and advising demanding stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and product knowledge
• Ability to understand Risk between businesses and explain drivers of the financials
• Thorough understanding of front to back finance business processes and controls
• Track record of building and developing teams
• Strong analytical and technical skills to support analysis and explain financials
