Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage a Team of 10-12 BEDs for card sales.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to upskill team members as needed.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive credit card sales growth in the market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the customer base and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partner organizations, and potential customers.
Requirements:
• 1 year to 5 Years Any Banking Credit Card Sales Cross Sales field.
