Job Description
Job Purpose :-
To be responsible for the credit administration related work.
Key Accountabilities:-
• Ensure that the following responsibilities are appropriately carried out by his team members
• Preparing/Checking of offer letters and documents in line with the credit conditions stipulated in Credit Memos
• Monitoring of post disbursal conditions
• Authorising limit release and Checking of all conditions precedents stipulated in Credit Memo before loading of both Offshore and Onshore limits
• Tracking of various regulatory/Credit Monitoring items like Stock Statement, QIS Insurance policies, collateral audit, ROC Search etc
• Preparing MIS on incomplete security documents and and liaising with RMs for receipt/rectification of such items
• Liaising with in-house legal team and external legal counsel for drafting of non standard docs so as to ensure that credit conditions stipulated by credit chain are incorporated in such documents
• Periodical physical verification of security docs
• Liaising with HO, other department for MIS and other information as well as for off-shore limits loading/facilities disbursals
• Ensuring that the processes remains in line with the process manual and deviations, if any are appropriately recorded
• Liaising with legal teams so as to ensure that for all new products documents are in place and the existing documents are reviewed from time to time
• Ensuring that MIS sent by team to regulator/HO/other stake holders are accurate and compliant with various regulations
• Ensuring the smooth functioning of documents flow across region, between BU and CCU and maintaining adequate controls on the custody of documents at various branches
• Continuously work on improvement of processes so as to ensure that it is time and cost effective
Job Duties & responsibilities :-
• Managing documents for corporate clients including that for Try related products
• Ensuring that MIS is accurate and timely submissions
• Ensuring that local laws are adhered to in terms of documentation
• Ensuring that the disbursal of facilities are compliant with the terms and conditions recorded in the credit memos
Experience:-
The job holder should have requisite skills in terms of understanding the various products offered by the bank, law of local regulations, processes w.r.t the managing documentation etc. He/She should have handled credit administration
Jobs. Minimum stint of 10-12 year in credit administration of which 5 years experience should be in supervisory role of documentation.
Education / Preferred Qualifications :-
The job holder needs to be at least a graduate in the Commerce stream. Should have handled documentation for atleast 10-12 years, of which 5 years supervisory role experience is necessary. Basic knowledge of MS Office and various systems used by CCU.

Communication Skills: The job holder needs to have an effective verbal as well as written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: The job holder needs to liaise with all the AB’s/FIGs/EBs/Legal Counsels/other departments etc and hence requires good interpersonal skills to complete the job done in required time frame.
Technical Competencies :-
The job holder needs to have the Basic knowledge of legal framework for documentation, Credit related aspect and also should know MS Office and various systems used by CCU. He/she should be well aquatinted with RBI as well as ECB norms for offshore lending and other regulation prescribed by various regulators from time to time.
