Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital adoption strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with local bank branches, area offices, and the national headquarters of IndianBank
• Represent the area in meetings and conferences, providing updates and insights on area performance.
Performance Tracking
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption in thearea.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successstories.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internalpolicies.
Customer Focus
