Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of mobile and React developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
Architect and design mobile applications and web projects using React JS, Kotlin and Swift, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
Drive the adoption of best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies within the team.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks related to mobile development and React.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and ensuring project success.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Having knowledge on code obfuscation, storage and vulnerability assessment of their apps.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in React and related frameworks, with hands-on experience in building web applications using React.Js.
Solid experience in mobile application development, with expertise in iOS and/or Android platforms. Deployed at least 3 apps on either stores.
Proven leadership experience, managing and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
In-depth knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in version control, preferably GIT.
A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in mobile and web technologies.
