Candidates must be available to work Full-Time and have open availability.

Open and close the front gate and phone room areas with the leadership team.
Coordinate with guests and departments to resolve guest issues.
Promote a positive environment for guests and associates.
Assist with attractions accessibility program.
Motivate, mentor, and manage the performance of Guest Services Associates.
Ensure all guest phone calls/emails are answered effectively and in a timely manner.
