Job Description
The Team Lead- Hardware Engineering will lead the design of ISO 26262-compliant high-voltage traction inverters for electric vehicles. As the hardware team lead, he/she coordinate engineers and technicians to deliver automotive projects on time, within budget, and to automotive-grade quality standards. He/She serve as the key interface between development, quality, testing, purchasing departments and component suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following
Lead the hardware development of the high-voltage traction inverters (800V–1200V) for next-gen electric trucks and buses.
Conduct worst-case, failure analysis to ensure realibility.
Creation and monitoring of project plans to ensure the timely and budget-compliant excution of the hardware project scope.
Ensure compliance with processes and standards (ISO26262, ISO7637, CISPR25).
Status reporting to Technical Project Manager and Head of Automotive Hardware Development.
