Job Title: Team Lead (Design Cell)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation of design concepts, layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings for
office interiors.
Ensure that all designs adhere to the client's brief, industry standards, and regulatory
requirements.
Review and approve design concepts, materials, finishes selections proposed by the
team.
Provide creative input and direction to maintain a high standard of design quality
and innovation.
Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept development to project
completion.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for
the project.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with
the project team.
Ensure all design deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client
expectations.
Conduct regular design reviews, site visits, and inspections to monitor project
progress and quality.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans, client
communications, and progress reports.
Provide creative input and direction to maintain a high standard of design quality
and innovation.
Required candidate profile:
Hand Sketching Skills and lead / well Accreditation will be a plus.
Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a reputed Institute.
Proven experience in commercial office Fit-out design (for Consultancy / Design+ Build
projects)
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Experience with AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP is necessary.
Must be a good Leader, and should be able to guide and lead teams to success.
