Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Team Leaders proficient in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada for our BPO operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidates must have a solid background in BPO, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance within their teams.

Key Requirements:

- Languages Required:

- 1 Team Leader fluent in Tamil

- 1 Team Leader fluent in Telugu

- 1 Team Leader fluent in Kannada

- Experience: Must have Minimum 1 year on-paper experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.

- Availability: Must be able to join within 15 to 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of agents to achieve performance targets.

- Provide training, support, and motivation to team members.

- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.

- Ensure quality and compliance standards are met within the team.

- Handle escalations and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry.

- Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada with excellent communication skills in English.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
