Opening - Team Lead Java Development

Location: Chakala, Andheri Mumbai
Responsibilities :
8 + year of experience in Java with a Tech Lead attitude.
Hands-on experience with Java as a software developer, preferably within financial services.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security; knowledge of React.js is a plus.
Experience with Oracle databases and a solid background in developing Java-based RESTful or SOAP APIs.
Experience in working with Kubernetes helm charts and splunk usage.
Deep understanding of web technologies, including multi-tier applications and security protocols (HTTP, TLS, REST, SOAP).
Bonus: Experience in enhancing applications using vendor-provided SDKs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Should be:
– An excellent communicator and negotiator
– A self-starter, able to create new solutions independently
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written
– Analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
– Result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
