The Team Lead will evaluate team performance, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning to drive project success.
Key qualifications include:
• Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills
• Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of 3 years in AI, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Technical skills include:
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Cloud services)
• Knowledge of Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
• Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
• Incident, Problem & Change Management Systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
• Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
• Database knowledge (SQL basics).
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
