Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, providing guidance, direction, and support to team members.
Plan, design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications that meet business requirements.
Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile development projects, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
Collaborate with other departments, such as design, and quality assurance, to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges and provide technical guidance and expertise to the team.
Stay up-to-date with mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the team's work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on iOS and/or Android platforms
2+ years of experience as a team lead
Strong understanding of mobile development technologies, frameworks, and architectures, and experience with cross-platform development tools and techniques
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with cloud-based development, integration and deployment services is preferred.
