Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Reservations at Perfect Hands Solutions Pvt Ltd in Ernakulam. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day reservations operations, supervising reservation agents, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with food & beverage departments, and providing training and support to staff.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in handling reservations for Hospitality industries
• Training skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of reservation systems and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
