The Team Lead / Senior Business Development Executive will assist the Sales Head with the effective operations of the sales team. He/ She will help generate new business and attracts potential customers by new lead generation and also by coordinating with the marketing department. As directed by the Sales Head, he/ she will provide required resources, coaching & training on sales techniques to the sales staff. He/ She will work with the Sales Head to resolve conflict and manage team performance and proactively responds to customer concerns. He/she will assist the Sales Head with other duties like scheduling the sales executives in order to meet customers. Also reviewing weekly reports and disseminating this information to the sales team, and being available to assist sales executives with closing sales.
