The Team Lead - Server App is responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and
maintain server-side applications. This role requires expertise in various technologies, including Firebase,
NoSQL databases, cryptography, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate
will have experience with Node.js, npm, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Figma,
Slack, and Notion. They will also have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality
software solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maintenance of server-side applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and related technologies.
• Manage and optimize Firebase projects and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure the security of applications through cryptographic techniques.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to align on project requirements.
