Job Purpose
Handing day to day mortgage operational activity, such as login mortgage application & processing the same. Responsible for servicing and processing Mortgage loan application /customer for his/her territory.
Key Accountabilities –
• Verification of files including KYCs (Completeness and authenticity)
• Initiation of checks (CERSAI, Fraud, Legal, technical and KYC) prior to assessment by credit underwriter with the stipulated TAT
• Bureau Trigger
• Ensure the documentation accuracy and suitability.
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS process
• Co-ordinating with credit and ops for smooth functioning of day to day to business activities
• PDD follow up and collection.
• Post disbursement customer service for the home loan customers
Job Duties & Responsibilities –
• Follow-up with vendors for getting the reports on time.
• Handover of credit file to credit underwriter for decisioning.
• Ensure receipt of title documents and vetting completion by external lawyer.
• Ensure the disbursal documents are prepared with the coordination of branch team & centralized operations and upload in required in SFW and submit to CBG Operations.
• Maintaining the TAT less than 3 days from final approved to disbursement.
• Discrepancy Completion - Post Disbursal Need to submit the original Documents to CBG Ops within TAT
• Insurance Pendency follow-up & completion.
• Following with finance team for Vendor Payment
Required Experience
Total experience 5 years experience in retail banking
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduate and above
Core Competencies
Experience in retail Banking
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of computer, Excel, Power point etc.
