• To support the Procurement Team and internal stakeholders for Purchase Order processing.
• Vendor Creations/ Modifications in system. Process improvement and SOP update.
• Various MIS generation and reporting.
• Audit coordination and support
• PO creation as per the SOP with Price and Expense approval.
• Maintain trail for Exceptional approvals.
• PO MIS generation and reporting.
• 1st level Vendor approvals on BAZ system as per the SOP
• Facilitating the users for vendor creation and modification.
• Manual Vendor categorization and spend analysis.
• System modification / update request and UAT management
• Audit support: to coordinate with internal team and respond to the Audit team with the required data and closer of audit points
