Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with our team to improve upon existing hiring and develop an innovative strategy around scouting top talent.
Lead transformation initiatives and partner closely with business leaders to link the organizational, business, and workforce strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, and performance.
Working closely with the team in managing HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
Be knowledgeable about our business objectives and company philosophy.
Work with the business leaders in Identifying high potentials and developing appropriate Career Progression plans & recommending role changes.
Create and maintain HR policies and compliance procedures. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for the organization to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Extensively work on organizational needs to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.
Drive Retention and Engagement to help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Demonstrate expertise in sourcing & recruitment, performance management, employee onboarding & off-boarding, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory and a MBA/PGDM in HR would be a plus.
4-6 years of experience as a Human Resource professional from a media background.
Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
Excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing clients or internal stakeholders across levels
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
