Job Role:
Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities
• Responsible for driving/managing all CMS client production issues / queries for GTS clients through a team of 2-4 team members to begin with.
• Driving customer NPS through implementation of systems/platforms/processes within the bank.
Program management and management reporting
• Effective project management skills, with rigorous tracking and following up with multiple IT teams resolution within agreed TATs.
• Closely collaborate with IT/ BSG / Sales towards automating the query management platform through robotics and AI.
• Setting up a feedback mechanism model to measure effectiveness and efficiencies derived through the technical service desk.
• Ensure effective implementation of new initiatives and perform UAT(User acceptance testing) for any new platform / process related to Technical Service Desk.
• Conduct training and education programs for internal support units and customers.
• Open to role fungibility within the GTS Team.
Job requirements:
• B.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience: At least 4/5 years of managing a L1/L2 support team preferably in Online Banking/ CMS/ API Banking.
• Proven working experience in project management in the banking and information technology sector.
• Solid banking background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital banking projects or banking products.
• Knowledge of CMS products and technologies/skillsets on API, SFTP, SQL etc.
• Should be well versed with electronic channels like Net Banking / Web Services.
• Should be a part of IT / BSG team of any Bank / FI
