Team Leader – Non-Voice International Process
Seeking a skilled Team Leader to manage a non-voice BPO team, ensuring top-notch service delivery and operational excellence. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, meeting SLA/TAT/AHT targets, coaching team members, managing rosters, handling escalations, and driving performance improvements. Must be experienced in client communication, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements:
• 5 years in international BPO (non-voice)
• Strong grasp of KPIs and process metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexible with night/rotational shifts
• Healthcare domain experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹785,296.49 - ₹802,668.54 per year
