Job Description Looking for a Catalyst who can bring teams together and who would digitally supplement and improve the customer experience, while creating more efficiencies .
Job Role Someone who questions the system and find out other efficient ways to do the repeated, monotonous work flows, keeping in mind customer WOW as the single most important factor.
Should be able to work with diverse groups and a hard negotiator who can get people into consensus. Should be open to work and get to ground zero to understand what customers (both internal and external), needs. Job Requirements Basic Excel and Power point skills with an Analytical Mind-set. Have a Strong Digitalisation and Automation Mind-set Demonstrated ability to adopt a strategic outlook in regards to Branch Transformation.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a strong team working environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills.
Should be open to Travel. Qualification- MBA/ Post Graduation 6 to 8 years of experience
