Job Description Looking for a Team Member for Competition Insights who has understanding of the Industry and who can synergise Fintech and Bank by providing viable recommendations for implementation .
Job Role Identify and analyze themes in digital disruption, fintech and bank ecosystem strategy.
Conduct deep dive research and analysis on industry thematic especially related to the digital and fintech sectors Building use cases and providing viable recommendations for implementation in the bank Identifying synergies between Fintech and the bank by interacting with various cross-functional stakeholders Identifying possible partnerships with Fintech companies Conducting primary and secondary research and providing meaningful insights Job Requirements Basic Excel and Power point skills with an Analytical Mind-set.
Have a Strong Digitalisation and Automation Mind-set Demonstrated ability to adopt a strategic outlook in regards to Competition Insights.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a strong team working environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills.
Should be open to Travel. Qualification- MBA/ Post Graduation 6 to 8 years of experience
