POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role oversees operations across our Banquets department . You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting daily operations, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service across all outlets
Deliver memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
Recognize and cater to VIP and regular guests’ preferences
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
Operational Leadership

Supervise daily restaurant and function operations
Assist with menu planning and cost control
Support servers and hosts during peak periods
Maintain compliance with RSA and liquor licensing guidelines
Team Development

Identify training needs and implement development plans
Ensure staff are knowledgeable in beverage and wine offerings
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Financial & Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain beverage costs within budget
Conduct regular stocktakes and manage breakage reporting
Ensure accurate billing and adherence to hotel procedures
What We’re Looking For

Leadership & Execution

Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt under pressure and lead by example
Results-driven with a focus on team success
Relationship Building

Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with guests and colleagues
Experience in banquet and event service operations is a plus
Core Competencies

Basic computer literacy
Strong numerical and communication skills
RSA certification (current and compliant)
