Location : chembur, Navi Mumbai
CTC : Max upto 5.5 LPA
Shift Timing : 10 am to 6.30 pm (2nd sat & sunday's fixed off)
Requirments :
> 1-3 years of experience as TL required in BPO/ KPO (Domains: Operations in Banking / Finance / Insurance)
> Should have handled a team size of 20-25 agents.
> Client Co ordination
> Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly management performance dashboards
> Handling day to day operations work
> Hands on experience in Attrition & shrinkage.
> Managing Productivity & ensuring developing Quality framework
> Preparation of SOP for smooth operational functioning
> Should have worked on projects giving visible key results to the organization with regards to (Cost saving/ Process Re-engineering)
