Qualification:- Graduate in any stream
Experience:- Should have 1 year experience as Team leader in BPO sector.
Job Location- Bhopal MP
• Competent in all process & technical skills like Shrinkage, AHT, Attrition, SLA, KRA, KPI, Occupancy, Utilisation, People Matrix, Service Level, Team Management, etc.
• Conduct performance reviews & team meetings. Resolve agent & customer issues, understanding of metrics requirements & targets. Innovative techniques to motivate the team.
• Comfortable with night & late evening shifts, US process. Only Graduates can apply with minimum 1 year experience in Team Leader position in BPO.
