Job Title : Team Leader(BPO)

Experience : Minimum 2 Years Pre Sales Experience

Salary : Up to 40000/- pm

Location : Shela, Ahmedabad.

Job Summary: As a Team Leader, you will guide and support a group of team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. You’ll help with problem-solving and ensure clear communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Team: Motivate and support team members to perform their best.

Communicate: Act as a bridge between the team and management; keep everyone informed.

Monitor Performance: Track team progress and address any challenges.

Problem-Solve: Help resolve conflicts and find solutions to issues.

Training: Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications:

Graduate at any field

Previous experience in a team leadership role or similar position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
