Overview Job Role & ResponsibilitiesThis role involves contributing to day-to-day operation and delivering required Quality and deliverynumbers. You will have to perform the following responsibilities:Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees.Update office policies as neededMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsBook meeting rooms as requiredDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external eventsOffice ManagementInventory managementAttendance ManagementVendor Management (Talk to the vendor and negotiate any purchase.)Dispatching IT Assets to EmployeesKeep a track on assets of the company and cyclical audit to confirm there is no deviation on stock.Inward and outward material movement.Education Qualification: Graduation / Post GraduationCompetencies RequiredProven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills especially English is mustAdhere to time-linesSelf-motivated
