The candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers
· Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to client requests for information including smoke alarm quotes, compliance status, invoice requests, and inspection status updates.
· Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislation in various states and territories.
· Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.
· Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of new property lists.
· Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client and technician work orders
· Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client invoices.
· Have experience with International BPO.
· Must have experience with team leadership.
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
· Work from the office.
· 5 days a week with 2 rotational off
