Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring Team Leaders to manage teams for the SBI General Insurance process in a BPO environment. The role involves day-to-day floor management, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to process guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of Insurance Advisors / CSRs
• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets
• Monitor team KPIs including productivity, quality, and attendance
• Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews
• Handle escalations and support agents on the floor
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with process and regulatory guidelines
Required Experience & Skills
• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Health or Motor Insurance process
• Hands-on exposure to BPO / Call Center environment
• Strong people-management and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
• Experience on SBI General Insurance or similar insurance processes
• Immediate availability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
