We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our healthcare recruitment team during out of hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the recruitment process of healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and other medical staff, ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the healthcare recruitment team during out of hour shifts, ensuring that targets are met and high standards are maintained.
• Provide support and guidance to the team to ensure that they understand the recruitment process, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are understood and met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that recruitment processes are integrated and aligned with the wider business strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce reports to inform business decisions.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
• Support and assist with the recruitment of healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding and data protection.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in Team handling, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in relation to healthcare recruitment, including compliance and safeguarding.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.

Working hours:

This role requires working outside of normal office hours, with shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
