1. Sourcing of high value accounts-mid size corporate or HNI customers. 2. Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the Sales Executives of attainment of budget and incentives. 3. Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
4. Cross selling of asset and 3rd Part products.
5. Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head
6. Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team
