ROLE
Your role will be to support and oversee a team of case managers who work intensively with families in order to stop children being removed into care. You will oversee and supervise staff who are undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing, implementing and reviewing clinical therapeutic treatments and interventions that identify strengths as well as areas of risk of clients in the service.
CRITERIA
Degree qualifications in social work or related field.
Extensive knowledge of case management in a child protection role (child protection, family preservation, OOHC, etc)
Previous people management experience in a child protection related role.
Drivers licence.
