Job role: Team Lead - Derivative Operations
Location: Bengaluru
Years of Experience : 3- 5 years
Job type: Full-time (Permanent role)
Ideal Candidate:
Risk Management
• Understand the day-to-day operations for the various product businesses between Middle Office and the Confirmations team—key deliverables to integrate both teams.
• Delegate workload across both teams efficiently to yield maximum staff capacity.
• Management and coordination of Change management for India OTC Derivatives on strategic initiatives, including monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with the various internal stakeholders (for example, Middle Office, Front Office, Legal and Customer Services Groups, Product Enablement (TMG), Settlements, and Senior Management in FMO).
• Assist in the production of various reports to be presented to Senior Management.
• Assist management to develop the growth and development of all the staff.
• Supporting ad-hoc requests/projects/initiatives, on non-business days inclusive (if necessary).
• People Management and Succession planning of staff’s cross-product training across the desk, developing and grooming supervisor to expand product knowledge in Options, Rates, Commodities, Equities, and Credit Derivatives.
• Continuous product training/ presentations given from Front Office to facilitate a greater understanding of the respective businesses and product knowledge.
• Equity Documentations, (EV) / Trade Control (TC)
• Product Knowledge – Advanced
• Process Management – Advanced
• Capacity Planning – Advanced
• Operations Risk Management - Advanced
