Job Description
Little Italy Express Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Team Leader profile for the newly opened QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) at Magarpatta and Bund Garden locations.
Roles and responsibilities are as mentioned below:
Responsible for day-to-day operations at the food counter.
Preparing ready to heat and serve food.
Responsible for sales at the food counter.
Upselling and suggestive selling of the food products.
Keeping the track of the daily sales on regular basis.
Keeping the counter clean and neat.
Keeping the proper Inventory of the items which are in custody.
Responsible for the wastage of food products.
Handling the cash /credit card transaction.
Training the staff for the food preparations and serving to the guest as per the standard set by the company.
Responsible for billing of each sale transaction.
Responsible for daily settlement of the bill after shift.
Handling guest complaints if any.
He will be reporting to the area manager of the client on duty on a day to day issues.
Responsible for individual grooming standards.
Conducting the inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Responsible for shortages in cash and products which are in custody.
Responsible for procurement of material for sale on a day-to-day basis.
Maintaining the proper hygiene at the counter.
Responsible for audit discrepancies if any.
Should follow the guideline set at client location.
