Need minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader (AIRBNB & CHIME PROCESS)
Shift - Rotational week off and rotational shift
247 ( 5 days working 2 days off)
Communication- Excellent

Roles and Responsibilities
• SHOULD BE ABLE TO MANAGE (CHAT, EMAIL, MESSENGER & SOCIAL MEDIA)
• VOICE CAPABILITY BACKGROUND
• ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK BETWEEN DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS
• KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SHRINKAGE, ATTRITION
• EXPERIENCE OF INTERNATIONAL PROCESS
Decent comms, HSC/Grad with 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader from an international BPO travel background
