• Any Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• Should have 1 year experience on paper as a Process Trainer from BPO Outbound sales
Roles and Responsibilities
• Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI’s like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition,
Occupancy, Rostering.
• BPO experience is mandatory
• Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
• Should be comfortable working from office
• US Shift
• 5 days a week
• Good communication skills required
