Your Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized therapy treatment plans.
• Oversee therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient responses.
• Facilitate staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to meet business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• A minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience is necessary.
• Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certification is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
