We are accepting applications for a .8 FTE Team Leader role supporting Gold Coast After Hours Specialist DFV Mobile Support Program. This opportunity will be until 30th Sept 2026 with the possibility of extension.

In this part-time, max term role (30.4 hours per week - Tues 8:30am to 4:30pm, Wed-Fri 2pm to 10pm until September 30th 2026, with possibility of extension), you’ll work as a part of our SEQ DFV team in Gold Coast to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
You will make a difference by:
Providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of program operations on-site
Supporting staff wellbeing, reflective practice, and client-centred decision-making
Responding to emerging risks and maintain service integrity
Liaising with internal teams and external partners as required
Completing rostering and timesheets

This role requires:
A genuine passion to support and manage a high-performing team to meet and exceed objectives and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed and culturally safe practice
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with program requirements and organisational processe
Confidence in navigating complex situations and supporting team cohesion
